How about "The Unbearable
How about "The Unbearable Voidness of Being"? Since you do not use capitals, "the unbearable voidness of being"? Or just "The Voidness"? If you're going for a Buddhist-sort of phrase-ology. I know that I would read something with that name, as it not only implies egolessness, it also has the cache of the film "The Unbearable Lightness of Being". Of course, I can't remember if the film was really brillant, or unworthy of remembrance, because I don't always remember good stuff either. Implied egolessness may not quite fit, only you know. Since you're doing alot of mental processing, and sometimes with emotions such as anger, angst, disgust or even wishful thinking perhaps such a title would be completely misleading. You know what I mean...
Or how about the title "The Naked and the Alive"? An homage to Norman Mailer. I haven't read this novel so...
