York #82A6313) is in Great Meadow Correctional Facility and he is not receiving any health care. Bashir's health is getting worse and he has consistently been DENIED any health care at Great Meadow Correctional Facility.
He must receive immediate health care or he should be returned to Sullivan Correctional Facility where he was before and where his health and medical problems were handled much more humanely and professionally by the medical staff.

What the NY Post and the New York Times failed to mention among other things was Morris Talansky's coincidental investment in Global Technologies Ltd in the 1990's whose Entertainment Network(purchased from another failed NASDAQ 'company' called INTERACTIVE FLIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, INC.) was blamed for Swissair 111 crash of September 2,1998.
What is even stranger is the coincidence of another Israeli controlled U.S. or NASDAQ penny stock,ICTS International, that guarded Logan Airport,Boston on 9/11, was controlled and managed by Menachem Atzmon who was also convicted of money laundering for his and Netanyahu's and Ehud Olmert's Likud Party.So both Olmert's old money laundering pals,Talansky and Atzmon,appear to also dabble in airline 'security',airline entertainment,spy satelites,etc..

Conscientious Objector Status—Who Should Decide?
It is a fallacious and legalistic straw man ploy for any society or organization (such as the Department of Defense) to arrogate, as definition, that an individual must oppose “all” war on religious or ethical grounds to be considered a “conscientious objector”. Simply to be “conscientious” means to act from one’s “own” conscience—not from the collective hearsay of any particular group or on legalistic grounds of some corporate presumption. The individual conscience is the moral compass of conscientious authority.
